Our studio manager responds to emails once a day. So if you do not hear back immediately, don't worry well get back to you as soon as we can! 

Upon booking your appointment, there is a non refundable $300.00 deposit required which will apply to our session. We do know that last minute auditions come up so there is a strict 48 hour rescheduling policy. Please let us know as soon as you can if you'll need to reschedule. If it is after the 48 hr mark an additional $300 deposit will be needed to schedule another session. If you have to reschedule more than once you will also need to pay an additional $300 to rebook. The balance is due upon completion of our photo session in CASH or CREDIT CARD. Please note there is a 3% service fee for paying with credit card.
